HANSON, Mass. — A 9-year-old boy suffered serious injuries Wednesday afternoon after falling from a third-story window at a home on Phillips Street, according to local authorities.
Hanson Police and Fire personnel responded to the residence shortly after 12:30 p.m. following reports of a child falling from an upper-story window. When first responders arrived, they found the boy seriously injured.

Paramedics provided emergency medical treatment at the scene before the child was airlifted by medical helicopter to a Boston-area hospital for further care.
