Worcester Man Charged in Alleged Assault of Child at Milford Church
MILFORD, Mass. — A 63-year-old Worcester man is facing charges after an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 at a church in Milford, authorities said.

Raul Feliciano was arrested following an investigation by the Milford Police Department’s Family Services Unit, which began on September 9, 2026, according to police.
Investigators said the child reported being lured into the basement of the family’s church, where the alleged assault occurred. Authorities have not publicly identified the church or disclosed the alleged incident’s specific date.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for Feliciano on Friday, October 23. Worcester police subsequently arrested him and transferred him to Milford authorities.
Feliciano faces charges of rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.
According to subsequent reporting by NBC Boston, Feliciano appeared in Milford District Court on Monday, October 26. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he was ordered held without bail, according to that report. This differs from initial reports that he had been released on $15,000 bail.
Milford Police Chief Robert Tusino condemned the alleged offense and praised the agencies involved in the investigation and arrest.
The case involved cooperation between the Milford and Worcester police departments, along with the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section.
