Town of Plymouth Updates Liquor License and Auto Dealer Permit Fees Effective 2027 Plymouth
The Town of Plymouth would like to inform businesses that it has updated its liquor license and auto dealer permit fees, effective January 1, 2027.
On Tuesday, Oct. 27, the Plymouth Select Board voted to increase these fees after several years without changes. The adjustments, which will apply to 2027 licenses, are intended to bring the Townâs fee schedule in line with those of neighboring communities and to reflect current costs and operational needs.Â
The Townâs 2027 licenses fee update are as follows:Â
Businesses are advised that these licenses are subject to an annual 3% adjustment, excluding administrative fees.Â
"During a comprehensive review of our liquor license and auto dealer permit fees, we found that most have not been updated for many years,â said Select Board Chair Deb Iaqunito. âIn some cases, the same fees have been in place for 20 to 30 years. We benchmarked our fees against those of similar communities and we believe this schedule brings Plymouth in line with current practices."Â
