Plymouth announces Daytime Road Closure on Jordan Road in Effect Thursday, Aug. 27
The Town of Plymouth announces that a daytime road closure with traffic detours will be in effect on Thursday, Aug. 27, while roadwork is being completed on Jordan Road.
MassDOT contractors will implement a full closure of Jordan Road, in the vicinity of Route 3, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 27, to allow for the removal of temporary barriers on the old bridge deck.
Community members are advised that this closure was coordinated in close collaboration with Plymouth Public Schools. As such, school buses and other traffic commuting to and from schools should not be impacted by this closure.
During the closure of Jordan Road, the following detour will be in place for traffic normally traveling eastbound on Jordan Road:
