Police Investigating Overnight Incident at Nantasket Beach in Hull MA
HULL, Mass. — Police are investigating an overnight incident at Nantasket Beach after a large section of the beachfront was cordoned off with crime scene tape early Wednesday morning.
Investigators were seen searching the area with flashlights and collecting evidence in the parking lot near the beach. One of the beach access points was closed while authorities processed the scene.
The Massachusetts Office of the Chief Medical Examiner also responded, indicating the incident may involve a death. However, officials have not confirmed the circumstances, the identity of anyone involved, or the cause of the investigation.
As of Wednesday, the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office and Hull Police have not released additional details.
The investigation remains active, and authorities are expected to provide more information as it becomes available.
