Hingham Mass-Emergency crews responded to a reported dog attack at Wompatuck State Park on Saturday after receiving a call that a dog had attacked its owner
Initial dispatch information indicated the owner had been bitten by their own dog inside the park. The extent of the person’s injuries has not been confirmed, and it is unclear whether they required transport to a hospital.
No additional details about the dog or what may have led to the incident have been released.
