Plymouth Officer, Husband to Return to Court in July on Child Rape Charges
PLYMOUTH MA — A scheduled court appearance for Plymouth police officer Samantha Pelrine and her husband, Daniel Forand, has been postponed until July 23.
The couple had been due back in court on June 8 as they face multiple child rape-related charges stemming from an ongoing criminal case.
Pelrine, 31, is charged with three counts of aggravated child rape and one count of child rape. Forand, 37, faces three counts of aggravated child rape along with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or older.

Both defendants were expected in court Monday, but the hearing was continued and rescheduled for next month.
The case remains active as prosecutors continue to move forward with the allegations against the Plymouth couple.
