Memorial Day Parade Canceled Due to Weather; Ceremony Moved Indoor

Marshfield MA-Unfortunately, due to the weather, the Memorial Day Parade has been canceled. Organizers announced that the special Memorial Day ceremony will still take place and has been moved indoors to the high school gymnasium on Monday at 11 a.m.

All groups that were scheduled to participate in the parade are encouraged to attend and take part in the ceremony.

A highlight of the event will include the presentation of the Medal of Fidelity to 20 Gold Star spouses in recognition of their sacrifice and support.

Community members are encouraged to attend and honor the nation’s fallen heroes during the indoor ceremony.
