Plympton, MA – A routine traffic stop in Plympton on Thursday evening resulted in the arrest of a local resident on drug trafficking charges.
Police said officers stopped a vehicle on Main Street after noticing suspicious behavior. During the stop, authorities discovered illegal narcotics inside the vehicle
The driver, whose name has not been released, was taken into custody without incident. Officials confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
The Plympton Police Department encourages community members to report suspicious activity as part of its efforts to combat illegal drug trafficking.
