$48,000 State Grant to Help Fund Year-Round Visitors’ Center at Hull’s New Paragon Development
HULL, Mass. — A $48,000 state grant will help fund a year-round visitors’ center planned for the new Paragon mixed-use development in Hull, with an opening expected in spring 2027.

The center is planned for 197 Nantasket Avenue, in the ground-floor archway connecting Nantasket Avenue and George Washington Boulevard. The project is being developed through a partnership between the town’s Economic Development Committee and the Hull Nantasket Chamber of Commerce.
According to The Hull Times, the center is intended to welcome both residents and visitors while providing information about Hull’s history, environment and local resources.
The location places the proposed center in one of Hull’s primary commercial districts, offering visitors a central place to learn about the community and explore what the seaside town has to offer.
The project is part of an effort to strengthen Hull’s visitor experience throughout the year rather than focusing solely on the busy summer tourism season.
If completed as planned, the center could serve as a resource for people visiting Nantasket Beach and other local attractions, while helping promote Hull’s businesses, history and natural surroundings.
The opening is currently anticipated for spring 2027.
