Fire Flow Test Notification – Arnold Hall – Randall Street
A fire flow test will be conducted at 460 Washington Street on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, beginning at 9:00 PM.
The test will be conducted for a short period that evening.
During this time, residents in the area may experience: • Discolored water • Low water pressure • Temporary loss of water service
Please take the following precautions: • Avoid doing laundry during the testing period to prevent fabric staining. • Check water clarity before using water for laundry or food preparation.

Please note that this testing is part of a routine maintenance program required by the State Department of Environmental Protection. The Water Division is not responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of the testing process.
