Silvershell Beach Lifeguard Schedule Update Marion MA

A Message from Marion Recreation:

Please be advised that Friday, August 21, 2026 will be the final day Silvershell Beach will be guarded for the 2026 season.

With many of our lifeguards returning to college, we will no longer have sufficient staffing to provide lifeguard coverage after Friday.

Beginning Saturday, August 22, 2026, Silvershell Beach will be Swim at Your Own Risk. Please use extra caution while enjoying the beach.
