Plympton MA-A Plympton man is being held after prosecutors say he was involved in a violent domestic incident that led to multiple felony charges, including aggravated rape and drug-related offenses.
According to court records, the man was arrested following an investigation into allegations that a woman was sexually assaulted during a domestic violence incident. Prosecutors allege drugs were involved and described the accusations as serious during the defendant’s arraignment.
The suspect was ordered held pending further court proceedings. Officials have not released additional information about the alleged victim.
The case remains under investigation and is being handled through Plymouth County courts. Anyone charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
