WHERE THE FEED COMES FROM:
Thermal data is pulled live via satellite from the Plimoth Marine Station ($41.959, -70.635$). Sea Surface Temperature (SST) determines the metabolism and transit speed of the simulation.
HOW IT WORKS:
Blips follow the exact curve of the Plymouth coastline. We have updated waypoints to hug the shore while remaining strictly in the water (East of the Manomet/White Horse shoreline).
WHEN IT UPDATES:
Telemetry is updated every 15 minutes. During peak months, values are recalibrated to match local report density.
